Bryan W. Hendershot is the founder and former CEO of Urban Financial Group, the fourth-largest reverse mortgage lender in the country. In 2010, it was acquired by Knight Capital Group. Hendershot led the company for less than 2 years after that.
According to public records, the Hendershots purchased this house in July 2013 for $5,000,025.
