Does anyone know what this facility is? It looks like it has multiple adits leading into a central mound with a building on top.

It's a guess, but CENTCOM is based at MacDill.

it a alert shack from the old days. those entrances/exits are so alot of men can flood out the building to planes parked right in front of the building. dig 1ft there and water. in the middle of the base is spec ops command, kinda towards the eastern shore. 2 floor basement bunker under it. cent command is building with all the planes in the field in front of it towards the far north east of the base. notice the walls around the building and construction behind it. macdill is a awesome base and people don't know it. mom was manager of the o club in the 80's.
