Barry K. Schwartz's House

Barry K. Schwartz is an American businessman, thoroughbred racehorse owner, and a former horse racing industry executive. In 1968 he borrowed $10,000 to partner with childhood friend and fashion designer Calvin Klein to establish the clothing manufacturer, Calvin Klein Inc. and became the business' CEO.

Schwartz owns this 24,000 sqft home, called Stonewall Farm, set on 740 acres in Westchester County. The property includes 64 horse stalls with pens, paddocks, and racetrack, a 4,000 sqft pool house with 60 foot pool, guest house, and 9 staff residences.
