Complex 34 at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. This was the site of the tragic Apollo 1 fire where astronauts Grissom, White, and Chaffee lost their lives. This Complex did support several unmanned launches, though the only manned one was Apollo 7. This Complex is currently deactivated.
