Capital City Stadium

Capital City Stadium

Columbia, South Carolina (SC), US
Built in 1991 to replace an existing structure, this was home to the Capital City Bombers, the South Atlantic League Class-A affiliate of the New York Mets. (The city failed to agree on building a new, modern state-of-the-art minor league field so the team moved to Greenville, SC after the 2004 season. Minor league baseball's been played on that site since 1927 and in Columbia, SC since 1892 so hopefully they'll find a new team in the near future!)
