Chieng-Hon "Frank" Lin is the former Chairman and CEO of Chunghwa Picture Tubes Ltd., an LCD manufacturer based in Taiwan. In 2008, he was investigated by the FBI and he subsequently agreed to serve a nine-month prison sentence after pleading guilty to felony charges of engaging in a global conspiracy to fix the price of TFT-LCD panels. He paid $3.3 million for this home in 2002.
