August 15, 2011 - Wheelchair bound, 7 year old with cerebral palsy, Jori Lirette, was decapitated at the kitchen sink by his biological father, Jeremiah Wright, (by his own admission). Jori's head was then placed at the edge of the street to shock his mother upon her return from running errands. Others took note and reported the sighting before her return. Mr. Wright was standing on the side porch at the top of the wheelchair ramp when police arrived.
