China Tank Manufacturer

I watched numerous times the video, especially the first 2 minutes. On YouTube, it says that's in Inner Bantou. You can see in the picture, (zoomed in), the statue of Mao in from of the main building, the top left corner has 2 very distinctive rose and orange buildings and the angle correspond well with the electrical power plant with the 4 cooling towers and 2 blue box looking buildings. I would say this is the location of the production facility for Chinese tanks and wheeled vehicles shown in the video.
