Fiery Cross Reef was a group of three reefs controlled by China (disputed by the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam). It has turned into an artificial island/military installation with an airbase.

The island is named for the British Tea Clipper that was lost off the reef on 3/4/1860.

This one is about the Island building, while the other one is about just the airstrip. Therefore this one isn't considered a dupe.
