Cline owns this home, the two vacant lots on either side, the oceanfront home directly to the east as well as the one south of that. He is currently dating Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegrin -- she owns the home directly to the south of Cline's two oceanfront properties as the one to the west of it.
