Since the 1970s, artist David Stromeyer has worked on this land, fabricating sculptures from iron, stone, and steel. The property is a studio and permanent home to his collection. Over his career, his sculptures have traveled the world and received international acclaim, returning home to these fields when they are not on exhibit. In 2014, David and his wife, Sarah Stromeyer, opened up their land to the public for visitors to enjoy. Today there are about seventy sculptures throughout the park.
