The actor lives here. He purchased this home in May of 2006 for $4.3 Million. The house is located in the Los Feliz neighborhood in the east part of Los Angeles. The Spanish style house was built in 1926 and it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with 3,938 square feet of space and sits on 0.27 acres of land. Amenities include a pool and spa. This was also the former home of actor Tim Curry, until he sold it to the party 2004 who later sold it to Farrell in 2006. Farrell sold the house in March 2023 for $5.3 Million to Ludwig Ahgren, a Youtuber and Twitch streamer.
