Crashed 747

Crashed 747 (StreetView)
This is a crashed Sky Lease Cargo Boeing 747-412F cargo freighter, registered N908AR.

On November 7, 2018, Sky Lease Cargo Flight 4854 took off from Chicago O'Hare International Airport to go to Halifax-Stanfield International Airport. The flight was unevenful. However, landing was an issue due to winds and darkness (as they were landing at night). The pilots, while landing, forgot to account for tailwind. This wouldn't've sent them off the runway, however. Then, for some reason, the engine No. 1 thrust lever was moved above idle, retracting the spoilers and disengaging the autobrake. Also, the crab angle of the landing caused the aircraft to deviate off center line. The pilots didn't notice that something was wrong until too late. The aircraft suffered a runway excursion and caught fire (the fire was put out quickly, though). No one died in the accident.
