This is an Embraer EMB-120ER Brasilia, registered 5H-FLM and operated by Sindbard Air. The accident occured on November 28, 2023. It struck a building and suffered a nose gear collapse. It possibly may have suffered a ground loop as well.

It is unconfirmed if the aircraft visible is 5H-FLM because Mikumi was the destination and the wrecked plane appears to be facing towards the airport.
