This complex covers an area of 860 acres! Its heavily guarded and is strategically located in the beautiful oasis of Hofuf. Its next to the Royal Horse breeding stable. It costs in excess of US $240 million due to large area it covers and the complexity of the palace. It belongs to the current crown prince of Saudi. (As of November 2008.)
