This is the house that Larry and Cheryl David purchased in Season 2 of Curb Your Enthusiasm.
When touring the home, due to the proximity to the ocean, Larry enquires, "Can you shoot the whales from this balcony? Because sometimes I like to have blubber for breakfast."
The house also was well known for having a mysterious "house sound".
