The Cyclorama is one of the greatest views in the world. On Display at Ste-Anne-de-Beaupré since 1895 deserved the enthusiasm that greeted this monumental masterpiece establishes the reputation of Paul Philippoteaux, the famous Parisian master of landscapes, and its five employees. This gigantic work, performed in Munich from 1878 to 1882, measuring 14 meters high (45 feet) in circumference and 110 meters (365 feet), that is to say an extraordinary illusion embracing 1540 square meters giving the audience the 'feel themselves to Jerusalem and to relive the crucifixion.
