Mrs. Kassewitz is the daughter of Malcom Glazer, who owns First Allied Corporation, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and a controlling steak in Manchester United Football Club. She has heavy input into the creation of Raymond James Stadium, where the Buccaneers play.

The home is currently owned by Liz Lange, fashion designer and founder of Liz Lange Maternity. Lange also owns the famous Grey Gardens estate in East Hampton, which she bought from the estate of the late Ben Bradlee.
