I doubt this is the real one. If you read the wiki article they are only building one and it won't fly until 2012. Companies like this don't take their single prototype and put it on a street corner.

All planes are mockups transported on the trucks in parts and assembled on Place de la Concorde.

Its a mockup. Black full-size mockup that was displayed several times during airshows such as Le Bourget. The real prototype is more detailed and in gray color.
