David Rich-Jones is CEO of Richstone Properties.
Rich-Jones purchased this property, Templeton House, in 2010 for $8.6M, and spent the next years meticulously renovating and updating the historic property, which dates back to the 1780s. The 28,000sqft property was once the home of Winston Churchill, when the property was owned by his cousin.
