Dietz & Watson Hot Dog Stand

Right next to the Water Ice/Snow Cone stand is this hot dog stand from a PA-registered trailer. Even though these are by no doubt popular foods given from stands in the summer time appealing to those in a hurry (i.e., rush hour to/from work), I can actually imagine the operator saying "Want to have nitrates with that?", because to be honest, the ingredients in them turn me off (e.g., cancer-causing nitrates). Yum?
