The two basketball players lived here for some time after they joined the Dallas Mavericks in 1998. On the court they quickly turned the franchise around, off the court they became close friends. They only lived four doors away from each other and would hang out together all the time. Nowitzki got himself a house in 2002, Nash left Dallas in 2004. But it’s amusing to think that this apartment complex was once home to two foreign nobodies who later combined for 3 MVP titles and 21 All-Star selections.
