The billionaire real estate developer and current President of the United States owns this Beverly Hills home, one of his many properties across the country. He reportedly stays in this home an average of about one time per year, preferring instead to rent a suite at the Beverly Hills Hotel across the street. He paid $7m for the house in 2007.

The property is at the intersection of three major roads: Sunset Blvd, Canon Drive, and Rodeo Drive. According to the link below, Trump also once owned the larger house next door, but sold it at a loss in 2009 to Indonesian heiress Margaretha Widjaja.
