The pictured house is at 84 Tamalpais -- a recent real estate listing states it was built in 1955. Gebhard and others place the Dondo remodel (1935) at 583 Tamalpais.

Google Maps (http://maps.google.com/maps?q=583+Tamalpais,+Berkeley,+CA&hl=en&ll=37.884973,-122.259011&spn=0.001271,0.002064&sll=38.542661,-121.755638&sspn=0.110634,0.264187&vpsrc=6&t=h&z=20) shows this location as 583 Tamalpais Rd. while Mapquest and Bing both suggest there is no such thing as 583 Tamalpais (the # is too high).

There is a potential Tamalpais Path according to Google Maps but it can not be found by either Mapquest or Bing and 583 Tamalpais Path has too much tree cover to confirm if a house is located there.

Next move would be to determine if the street numbers have been altered at some point since 1935 (not an unusual occurance).
