Drake's House

Canadian actor and rapper Drake’s house is a 35,000-square-foot limestone mansion in the Bridle Path neighborhood of Toronto. Drake bought the property for $6.7 million dollars in 2016 and commissioned famous Canadian luxury designer Ferris Rafauli to build the $100 million property now known as “The Embassy”. The mansion features an NBA regulation-size basketball court, a trophy room, and a 3,200-square-foot master suite with a hot tub and two covered terraces. The house is heavily featured in the 2020 music video for Drake’s song “Tootsie Slide”, which he filmed during the COVID-19 outbreak.

Drake also owns a $7.7-million mansion in Los Angeles, which he purchased in 2012 and calls the “YOLO Estate”. He has since purchased two neighboring houses to the YOLO estate, the first for $2.85 million in 2016, and the second in 2018 for $4.5 million. The estate now totals 6.7 acres of contiguous property. He also owns a condo in downtown Toronto and a private jet known as “Air Drake”.

Drake’s net worth is $200 million. His debut album, “Thank me Later” was released in 2010 and reached #1 on the Billboard 100. He has 163 million digital singles, 40 million more than any other artist (Rihanna is second place). He can earn up to $2 million from a single concert. He owns his own record label, OVO Sound, and a bourbon whiskey brand, Virginia Black. He has endorsement deals with major brands such as Burger King, Nike, and Apple.

Drake dated Rihanna on and off from 2009-2016. He has a son with French model Sophie Brussaux.
