Yep, I remember when he bought it. I spent a few weekends there drinking, fishing and playing pool. Dusty and Rocky would jam acoustic together.

I know this is 13+ years old but that was not dickinson. That's san leon. Same zip code but a few miles apart. Dickinson is NOT right on galveston bay. It's more inland.

Actually...this mansion is located in San Leon, TX which is about 6 miles east of Dickinson, TX with Bacliff, TX less than 1 mile to the west and roughly 20 miles away from Houston, TX going north. Lastly, depending on the route taken going south Galveston Island is anywhere between 25 to 30 miles away.
