E-40 is an American rapper, actor, entrepreneur and lives in this luxurious Danville, California mansion. Earl T. Stevens, better known by his stage name, has released twenty seven studio albums to date, and is a well known guest feature on other artist’s work. Initially an underground figure, E-40 was one of the Bay Areas most recognizable acts until he broke out with his hit Tell me When to Go and began enjoying national fame.

In his early days, he produced work as a member of the group The Click, and through his own record label, Sick Wid It Records, released many of their earliest albums. His rap career spans 33 years, and he is now a regular feature in mainstream Hip-Hop, working with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, 2 Chainz, and T-Pain. A well known entrepreneur E-40 also has stock in several chain restaurants, his own line of energy drinks, wine, and beer.

E-40 is perhaps one of the best known bay area rappers, who pioneered a distinct “mobb music’ sound. Contemporary of the lake Mac Dre, E-40 would take his brand into mainstream success, where his career has seen an upswing with no signs of slowing down. Pushing 51, the rapper remains relevant by continuously pushing out new music. Truly an impressive career, that cements E-40 as one of the pioneers of West-Coast Hip Hop and an industry legend.

Stevens is married to Tracey Stevens, and the couple are soon to celebrate their 34th anniversary. Together they have two kids.

The rapper is reportedly working on a new album Practice Makes Paper, set to release July 26th. The album features big names in the rap industry like 2 Chainz, Migos, Method Man, and Wiz Khalifa.

This stunning home is sprawling complex including its own basketball court. The rapper has lived here for some time now, preferring to stay close to his home town of Vallejo, California.
