On Saturday 12th November 2022, DS3PBZ and DS3EXT, 2 radio amateurs from South Korea reached the summit of 덕유산 (Deogyusan) and activated this summit on the amateur radio bands for the Summits on the Air (“SOTA”) group.

They made 28 contacts in total working on the 2 metre VHF and the 40 metre HF amateur radio bands.
