Edmond Baysari is a Lebanese philanthropist. He purchased Château de Menars and has spent over $100M over three decades restoring it.

Originally owned by Madamme Pompadour, the chateau features nearly 200,000 square feet of living space on 118 acres of sculpted gardens on the banks of the Loire River.
