This 4,500-square-foot (around 420-square-meter) property that includes a 200-year-old barn belongs to the Iranian-Israeli fashion designer Elie Tahari.
The house is currently for sale, for $45 million, with partially approved plans for an extension, designed by architecture firm Stelle Lomont Rouhani Architects, which also designed Calvin Klein’s house in Southampton.
Wth the expansion, the house would comprise eight bedrooms and approximately 10,000 square feet (around 930 square meters).
