The chat show hostess and her actress wife live here in the Hollywood Hills. They have owned this property on two separate occasions.
They first bought the house (and the one next door) back in the mid-2000s and sold them both in 2007 to Allison Milgard, an heiress to the fortune of Milgard Manufacturing lives here. Back in 2002, Milgard Mfg was sold for well over $420M.
In December 2014, DeGeneres and de Rossi bought this house back from Milgard for about $9M through their "Simple Trust".
