The Hollywood couple have completed buying up all the parcels on Cabrillo Drive with the purchase of this house, and now they can finally gate the whole street and have a private compound. You can bet this home will be razed soon. In a joint deal in May of 2012, the couple sold this and two other homes on Cabrillo Drive for $36.5M to Ryan Seacrest.

Now owned by Ryan Seacrest. The house is still standing and reportedly used as a guard/guest/staff house.
