This home is owned by Mexico's Ministry of Foreign Affairs for use by their consul general in LA, currently Juan Marcos Gutierrez Gonzalez.
Mr. Tovar is the former Deputy General of Mexico's Airports and Auxiliary Services (ASA), as well as the former consul general of Mexico in Los Angeles.
Currently, he serves as Mexico's ambassador to the Dominican Republic.
