It is located in south-east Sicily, on 400 hectares of land, at Santa Panagia Bay, between Augusta and Syracuse, three kilometres from its own port. This plant has a conversion capacity of 11 mton/annum and includes visbreaking, mild hydrocracking and thermal cracking.
