Actress Eva Gabor, who's best known for her role as Lisa Douglas on the TV show Green Acres, lived in this house for over 20 years until her death in 1996. The estate is located in the Holmby Hills neighborhood in Los Angeles.

The house was built in 1938 by Paul R. Williams, who was known as LA's "Architect to the stars".

During the 1950s the estate was rented by Audrey Hepburn and her first husband Mel Ferrer shortly after they got married. In the late 1960s the estate was rented by Frank Sinatra and Mia Farrow before it was sold to Gabor in the 1970s.

In 2019 the estate was sold for $11 Million to a property developer who demolished the house.
