Multiple casualties are reported after at least two explosions rocked the area near the finish line of the Boston Marathon around 3pm, according to the Boston Herald. Witnesses reportedly heard booms that sounded like two claps of thunder near the finish line inside the Fairmount Copley Plaza Hotel.
