Fallujha's Mayor's Office, Baath Party Head Quarters, and National Guard

Fallujah, Iraq (IQ)
During the first battle for Fallujha, the fighting ended in what was supposed to be a negotiated settlement, when the city was handed over to an Iraqi Force led by a Sadaam era General. Through intimidation and coersion , this force soon fell under the control of the insurgents and was oficially disbanded—leading to the second offensive.
