All routes are equally suited to unaccompanied and driver-accompanied traffic. Drivers are offered complimentary full meals and drinks, the use of a cabin in which to sleep or rest, and shower facilities. They arrive at the port suitably rested and refreshed and able to continue on the next leg of their journey. Arrival procedures are dealt with quickly and efficiently, whereupon drivers can then join the excellent local transport infrastructure with the minimum of delay.

Ferryways accepts all types of wheeled cargo including out-of-gauge units. The company also accepts all types of hazardous cargo subject to the usual restrictions and advance notice. Furthermore, Ferryways caters for unit loads such as containers and palletized units which are loaded at the terminal on flat-bed trailers for shipment.
