Fidel and Raul Castro childhood home

Fidel (1926) and Raul (1931) Castro were born on this 23,000 acre (93 km²) plantation owned by their father, Galacian migrant Ángel Castro y Argiz. The house is built in the Galacian stlye of stilts with the living quarters on the main floor and the animals quarters under the house.
