Florida Man Builds Gun Range in Front Yard

21 year old Saint Petersburg resident, Joseph Carannante, has angered many of his neighbors by building a gun range in his front yard. The gun range, which is permitted by state and city laws, is within feet of his neighbors' children's tree house and swing set. The laws permit Carannate to use any type of gun at any time of day. From press photos and interviews, the "range" was built using sand and wooden shipping pallets.
