“The Flying Dutchman”, a three-masted sailboat, is a replica of a 30-canon Dutch ship “Amsterdam” built in 1978, moored today at Mytninskaya Embankment, a favorite place for Peterburgers and tourists.

The top-floor has restaurant, the dance club is downstairs and the gym has floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Peter and Paul Fortress, the river and the Hermitage on the opposite bank.
