Fontaine de la Place Saint Michel
In 1860, Baron Haussmann commissioned Davioud to create the Saint-Michel Fountain. This fountain includes a bronze sculpture by Duret, inspired by a Raphaël painting in the Louvre which depicts Saint Michael killing the devil.
