Former border control house converted to a hot dog stand

Genner, Denmark (DK)
This hot dog stand was until 2001 standing at one of the border crossings between Denmark and Germany.

After Denmark entered the Schengen treaty the usual control of passports by Danish Police and German Federal Border Security ended. One of those not used anymore is now standing at Genner Camping between the cities of Haderslev and Aabenraa where you can buy not only hot dogs but also ice cream.

They also got a red-greed traffic light at the stand.
