Granton Gas Works Station was opened 27.2.1903 and closed in 1942. Granton Gas Works Station was part of a series of railways that served the industrial area of Edinburgh in Scotland.
Today the station building is a Grade B listed building and has been restored and is in good condition. The station building now forms part of Edinburgh's waterfront. One platform is also still there.
