Lymm Station was opened 1.11.1853 and closed 10.9.1962. Lymm Station was part of the Ditton Junction to Skelton Junction branch in England.

Today the station building still stands and is now a private house. Remains of a footbridge is also at the station site. The rest of the station has been demolished and a car park and ranger centre now stand on the site.
