Former Rozelle Tram Depot

Former Rozelle Tram Depot

Annandale, Australia (AU)
Rozelle Tram Depot is the largest remaining tram depot in Sydney, Australia. It was the second largest tram depot on the Sydney tram service and it could approximately store 200 trams from 1918 to its closure in 1958. The tram system in Sydney was among the world's largest tram services.

Today the tram depot is abandoned. Inside the depot you can see six historic trams, some of which are from the 1930s, as well as a coach that sadly has been heavily vandalised. The old trams were in good condition until year 2000 when they were vandalised, stripped and painted in graffiti.
