There looks to be a number of vehicles next to a building with a good roof and a large antenna. As well, one wonders how the several fixed-wing aircraft got there since there is no runway.

Perhaps it's a training station of some type?

I don't know how they transported the aircraft. This could be an airborne radio station test base.
