Follow these instructions to solve the problem you're having with URLs:

In the VGT viewer

After you have your scene lined up, you MUST switch out of Bird's Eye View then back into Bird's Eye View, re-adjust the zoom level and direction as needed. Verify your URL by selecting the URL link and click "Direct View". This will open the Bing Maps interface in a new tab/window. Note: the direction may be wrong, but if you can view your scene by just changing directions, you're good to go. Now, switch back to the original tab/window and click "Submit Location". This opens the VGT submit form. Fill in the rest of the fields, but DO NOT make any changes to the URL that is filled in for you.

Now it seems to be displaying correctly...thanks for the help...I hate Bing maps! lol

It works now because I fixed it for you. Just hang in there & don't get frustrated. By the way, the new map you submitted had the same problem as this one had originally. After you got the scene you wanted to submit, did you switch from Bird's eye to either Aerial or Road mode and then back to Bird's eye. That's the step that is absolutely necessary in order to get a good URL.
