Frank McCourt is Massachusetts real estate developer who was owner and chairman of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Dodger Stadium from 2004-2012. In 2011, McCourt reached a settlement with wife Jamie in their divorce case whereby ex-wife Jamie would receive about $130 million and relinquish her claim on the Dodgers. The highly publicized divorce believed to be the costliest divorce in California history and among the 10 costliest anywhere. However, Jamie claims Frank's net worth is $1.7 billion, which would require a larger settlement amount. He bought this home from real estate developer George Banks for $10.95 million. The home was rented for an equestrian season by Bill Gates before he purchased a home in the same neighborhood. Madonna also reportedly looked at the home to purchase.
