Fred's Texas Cafe

Terry Chandler is the owner and chef of Fred's. Terry's parents, J.D. and Gari Chandler, had originally opened Fred's in 1978 and after years of success, have handed the business over to Terry and his wife. By the way, Fred's was named after the Chandler's dog, Fred, but he has since passed on.
